GENERAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- làminapparel will exchange any item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. The exchange must be in equal or greater value.
- We do not offer refund, except from defectives.
- We offer a return and exchange with an original receipt, within 15 days of the purchase day and confirmation date of complete delivery for online purchase.
- Purchase of merchandise credits (giftcards/vouchers) is final sale.
- SALE/ SAMPLE items are final sale.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Purchases of items marked “final sale” are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to designate any other items as non-returnable in our discretion. Any such designation will be noted on each item.

- Underwear, swimwear, bodysuit and accessories are final sale, for hygiene reasons.
[FOR ONLINE PURCHASE]
- In order to provide try-on experience, làminapparel will exchange underwear, swimwear, bodysuit and accessories, provided that items are unworn and in their original condition. Kindly note that the Protective Hygeine Try-on Label must not be removed, for hygiene reasons.
- For online purchase, If you wish to return and exchange your items, please reach us through email inquiries@laminapparel.com (for Website orders)/ Social media (for Facebook/Instagram orders)/ Shopee (for Shopee order) for further assistance. Kindly note that the charge for shipping the replacement is on you.
