EXCHANGE POLICY AND PROCEDURE
To provide the best shopping experience, Là Min ensures that all delivered products are brand new, high-quality, and match the descriptions and images on our website.
If you receive a product that does not match the description, has a manufacturing defect, or does not fit, you may exchange it for another item. Each product can be exchanged once only within 15 days of purchase or delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, with all original tags and receipts intact. The exchange policy does not apply to promotional items.
Exchange Policy:
- The new item must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
- The replacement item will be shipped within 7 days after Là Min receives and verifies the returned product.
How to Exchange a Product:
You can exchange your product using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Exchange in-store
Customers who purchased products from laminapparel.co or Là Min stores can bring the product along with the receipt to:

for the fastest exchange service.
Option 2: Exchange via postal service
Please send the product, along with any promotional gifts (if applicable) and the receipt, to:

After receiving the product, Là Min will conduct a quality inspection (this process takes 2-3 days). We will notify you of the results via phone or message once the inspection is complete.
Once the product is confirmed to be in its original condition, Là Min will ship your selected exchange product within 7 days.
